Engineering
What does your distribution center need in order to store your products as efficiently as possible? How can the layout help reduce throughput times and thereby keep costs manageable? What is the smartest solution in your warehouse and for your products? These are the questions our engineers and structural engineers like to sink their teeth into. That is how they eventually arrive at optimum technical design.
NEDCON Test Department
Safety is our top priority. Therefore we are proud to present our NEDCON Test Department. For more than 30 years, we have been testing components in our own lab. Since 2000 literally in-house in Doetinchem. Thanks to the Test Department, we possess knowledge that is unique in our sector and we use it to improve your storage systems.
Project management
You have made agreements with us. About the products and the layout, about the installation, about delivery time and about everything that is important to you regarding the layout of your warehouse. Our project managers keep a firm grip on the reins of your project. They make sure that we always keep our promises. No exceptions!
Planning
When it comes to planning, we have a reputation to uphold. You can be confident that we will deliver on our promises. Then you can immediately start using your new warehouse and make the most of your storage capacity. We can make these promises because we have the entire process from design to installation in-house.
Production
At NEDCON, we take full control of the entire process, including production. At our production sites in Pardubice, Czech Republic, and Shelbyville, Kentucky, a total of around 300 colleagues work 24 hours a day to manufacture your racking systems. It's an impressive process that we would be proud to show you. You are most welcome at one of our locations.
Installation
NEDCON does the installation itself, globally, using local teams working under a Supervisor. Our site management is also one of the things that sets us apart in the market. Our Supervisor is present on site and serves as your point of contact during installation. They ensure the installation process runs smoothly and coordinate the work closely with you and third parties on-site. Safety comes first.
