Our Project Managers keep a firm grip on the reins of your project. They make sure that we always keep our promises. No exceptions!

IPMA-certified

Our Project Managers are IPMA-certified, which means that our project management team is organized according to recognized standards. Thanks to project management tools developed especially for us, they can monitor every step of the process and maintain a helicopter view. Like a spider in a web, they manage colleagues in engineering, production, purchasing and installation. They monitor costs, time and feasibility and check whether we are doing what we agreed to do.

If you have any questions, then your Project Manager can tell you exactly what you need to know. And would you like to change anything? Then he or she can make it happen.

Risk assessment

A safe storage system delivered at the right time is what we aim to guarantee. That’s why a thorough risk analysis of your project is an essential part of our project management. What risks are involved? Are there financial risks? Do we need to consider specific regulations in the country where the distribution center is located? Is the workspace safe? Do you want to use a new system that we haven’t yet tested in practice?

We identify all potential risks in advance, so we know what to expect during the process. We will discuss these risks with you. If it turns out that additional permits are needed, we can apply for them in a timely manner.
