Flow racks

Our flow racks for small goods use gravity for moving items to the picking location. The system consists of roller tracks set at a customized incline. Goods are loaded on the input side and retrieved on the output side. Flow racks are the perfect choice for operations handling high-turnover goods which need to be continuously available.

Operation

In flow racking systems, the system consists of roller tracks with a slight incline. Gravity is used to move goods from one side to the other.

Speed and efficiency

The goods in flow racking systems roll to the front, which accelerates order picking. The system prevents stock aging and is ideal for perishable products (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals and assembly components). It also minimizes order picking errors as products are always presented in the correct order.

Storage capacity

By stacking multiple layers on top of each other, high storage capacity per square meter is achieved, making this system commonly used in warehouses with high picking intensity.

Flexibility

Flow racking systems are generally easy to adjust in height and width, and sections can be added without major modifications.
