Stiffener

In any warehouse where forklifts operate, there is always a risk of collision damage. To protect your racking against such impacts, NEDCON offers various solutions, including the stiffener. This is a smart and cost-effective way to reinforce your uprights and prevent damage. This robust and intelligently designed guide profile provides an affordable solution for additional upright protection.

The stiffener functions like a shin guard, absorbing the impact when a forklift, often weighing up to 4.5 tons, accidentally collides with a racking system. Because of its carefully engineered length and shape, the force is optimally distributed, minimizing wear and tear. Another innovative feature is the connection between the stiffener and the upright: the bolt holes are seamlessly integrated into the profile, making them highly resistant to tearing or breaking. A smart and durable choice for extra protection.

Stiffeners are standardly available in orange, but can be supplied in any RAL color upon request. Do you need extra protection soon? The standard color is available for delivery within just a few days.
