Production

At NEDCON, we take full control of the entire process, including production. At our production sites in Pardubice, Czech Republic, and Shelbyville, Kentucky, a total of around 300 colleagues work 24 hours a day to manufacture your racking systems. It’s an impressive process that we would be proud to show you. You are most welcome at one of our locations.

Production process and quality control

The production process starts in the production hall. Here profiling lines shape steel into the exact quality required to create profiles for your racking systems. We produce our uprights, beams and shelves ourselves. Our welders then attach the hook plates and other accessories. The components go through our spray booth for powder coating, which can be done in any RAL color, including your corporate colors. Our quality control staff monitors the quality of the products to ensure they always meet the required standards. The racking systems are then transported to your site for assembly.

CE Marking

Our production sites in Pardubice (CZ) and Shelbyville (US) manufacture our racking components using certified steel, ensuring we can guarantee their strength and durability. Our products comply with European standards, which means that our products carry the CE marking.
