Pallet shuttle
NEDCON’s semi-automatic pallet shuttle system is the ideal solution for compact bulk storage in warehouses with approximately 1,000 pallet spaces or more. It allows for optimal space utilization, achieving a high storage density (over 90%) while maintaining flexibility.
With the shuttle system, forklifts only need to transport pallets to the racking block, after which the shuttle moves the pallets to their storage location (and back). This saves time and maximizes efficiency, as you are not limited by maximum drive-in depths. Additionally, loading and unloading can take place simultaneously at different levels.
Safe and reliable
The NEDCON pallet shuttle system is suitable for pallets with depths ranging from 80 cm to 120 cm and supports both FIFO and LIFO handling. A single wireless remote control can operate multiple shuttles. These shuttles run on eight wheels, distributing pressure evenly to minimize wear on the running wheels and ensure optimal load distribution on the shuttle rail. Safety is guaranteed with the integrated Human Detection System.
