What makes working at NEDCON as a Structural Engineer so challenging and exciting?

Is our movement through the landscape of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 a sprint or an endurance run?

Ersin has been with NEDCON since 2021. After completing his vocational training in mechanical engineering at Rijn IJssel in Arnhem, he began working elsewhere as a Service Technician. Not long after, he joined the NEDCON-team. Starting as an Engineer, he quickly advanced to Senior Engineer, and in March 2024, he was promoted to Project Engineer.

At NEDCON, technological innovation is at the heart of what we do. Right now, we are transitioning from 2D drafting to 3D using CREO-Windchill.

Today it is the Day of the Employee. An important day on which we would like to put one of our employees in the spotlight. This time it is our esteemed colleague Jan Tragter. This year Jan has been with NEDCON for 40 years. A special milestone.
