We used a 3D scanner to ensure perfect structural measurements.
Cost reduction
New testing methods enabled us to switch from a 4.0 mm rail to a more efficient 2.5 mm rail, reducing material usage and lowering costs.

The complete delivery took 18 months, meaning the project proceeded entirely according to plan.
The result
Henkel’s Bowling Green facility now operates a state-of-the-art, fully automated storage system, ensuring faster and more efficient logistics processes. With this solution, Henkel once again takes the lead in automation and fast movement.

Henkel is a globally operating German company specializing in the production and distribution of hair care products, detergents, fabric softeners, adhesives, sealants and functional coatings. Several Henkel facilities in Europe have transitioned to fully automated storage systems.
