How can we design an efficient and well organized warehouse for spare parts of Iveco defense trucks?
Working on a solution together
For Iveco, we designed a warehouse using a combination of pallet racking for bulk items and a shelving system with a mezzanine floor for order‑picking spare parts. Thanks to the smart setup and system combination, bulk storage and order picking are efficiently integrated within one warehouse.
With our advanced CSA Tool, we created a detailed 3D configuration from the design phase onward. The CSA Tool automatically designs the safest and most optimal configuration based on our standard product range. This allows us to quickly make adjustments when optimizations are desired. Additionally, the same materials and design principles can be applied in future projects.
