How to design a flexible, scalable warehouse that integrates with robotics?
Working on a solution together
Winit ships goods for various clients and processes them at high speed. As sea containers arrive, conveyor belts immediately distribute the cargo. Quicktron robots place the products into plastic bins and store them in the racking system. The challenge? A flawless interface between robots and racking, ensuring that bins are placed and retrieved without disruptions.
We developed a custom solution in close collaboration with the robotics supplier. Winit’s warehouse now features an innovative shelving system with eight beam levels and a prepared mezzanine floor, making future expansion easy. Robots handle efficient storage and distribution, seamlessly integrated with the pick & deposit stations.
The result
Winit now has a future-proof warehouse where robotics and logistical efficiency go hand in hand. The collaboration and final result have been rated as outstanding by the customer.
"The best part of working with NEDCON was their adaptability and problem-solving mindset."
