How to design a safe, efficient warehouse for furniture fabric rolls and irregular pallets?
Working on a solution together
NEDCON developed custom pallet racking solutions tailored to Textaafoam’s specific storage needs. The system includes shelving for loose rolls, unique DEFENDER guards to protect the racking against collision damage and an innovative sprinkler solution. During a live demonstration in our Test Department, Textaafoam was able to choose the right configuration, ensuring optimal results for storage and safety.

Custom solution
Developed for irregular pallet sizes and loose rolls, including more than 37 kilometers of beam profiles and 4064 shelves covering an area of 1860 m².
Safety
Installed: 400 DEFENDERs type 800 in the middle aisles and 150 DEFENDERs type 1500 at corners, after a live demonstration of their strength.
Sprinkler innovation
Special nose beams with unique consoles to seamlessly integrate the sprinkler system into the racking.
The result
An efficient and safe warehouse with 6422 pallet spaces, ready for the storage of furniture fabrics. Textaafoam's employees now work in an optimally protected environment with a solution fully aligned with their needs and requirements.
