Our project managers are veterans in the management of complex projects. They are IPMA-certified, which means that the project management team has an internationally recognized level of expertise and is well rooted in our organization. You have a designated project manager at NEDCON who will remain involved in the entire process and will see your project’s success as his or her personal responsibility. He or she is your permanent point of contact. You can always get in touch for questions, discussion or ideas.

Helicopter view
Together with an experienced project team, the project manager keeps a firm grip on the reins of your project. Thanks to specially developed tools, he or she has a helicopter view of the project and monitors quality, cost, time and feasibility. Thanks to a thorough risk analysis, we have an understanding on the risks involved and can anticipate them on time. At agreed time intervals, you will receive progress reports.

Fully coordinated
In the quotation phase, all the planning frameworks are established so that we can be sure that there is sufficient manpower and production capacity to achieve the agreed delivery time. Together with the engineering, production and installation teams, we add further details to these frameworks. In doing so, we take your needs and interests into account. We make sure that our processes are well coordinated, so that together we can make your project a success.
