On the outskirts of Dortmund (Germany) is the new warehouse and thus sixth branch of the regional market leader in car parts and car accessories Van Eyckels established. The success of the family business stems from the extensive market expertise, the long-term business partnerships and excellent individual customer service. The enormous growth, achieved in the state North Rhine-Westphalia over the past decade, resulted in a multifunctional and attractive warehouse. NEDCON has fully developed and delivered the solution according to Van Eyckels’ wishes and needs. A visit to our Innovation Centre was a valuable part of the process.

The contractor of the project, construction company Ten Brinke, approached us as a partner for the storage solution. The customer’s subsequent wish consisted of supplying a manual design that offers a variety of storage options, both for the storage of small items and bulk goods, and provides the opportunity to expand the warehouse in the future. We also helped with the construction of the building. Excellent cooperation was established with various external parties, including the municipality and fire service authority, which resulted in the local government granting the building permit.
