For the new warehouse of Textaafoam, NEDCON has supplied a unique solution for the storage of furniture fabrics in roll format. For the storage of these rolls, the customer asked for pallet racks suitable for a different pallet size, including customized shelves for the storage of loose rolls. The project also contains two variants of our upright protector the DEFENDER, so that the racks are protected optimally against collision damage and safety within the warehouse is guaranteed.

The development of an above all safe warehouse was one of the spearheads of Textaafoam. To optimally provide for this, the customer was invited for a live demonstration in our Test Department, unique in the market. During this visit, the power of the DEFENDER was demonstrated entirely appropriate to the circumstances in the type of warehouse of Textaafoam. After demonstration, the customer opted for installation of more than 400 DEFENDERs type 800 in the center aisles and more than 150 DEFENDERs type 1500 on the corners.
