IPMA-certified
Our project managers are IPMA-certified, which means that our project management team is organized according to recognized standards. Thanks to project management tools developed especially for us, they can monitor every step of the process and maintain a helicopter view. Like a spider in a web, they manage colleagues in engineering, production, purchasing and installation. They monitor costs, time and feasibility and check whether we are doing what we agreed to do.

From specifications to design
We have developed advanced tooling in-house that helps our specialists to translate the most complex specifications into plans that meet all your needs and requirements. We always find a solution. In doing so, our engineers concern themselves with the spatial layout, such as the pallet positions, the profiles and the columns, while the structural engineers perform calculations on the structures.
Capacity
We are blessed with a large team of experienced engineers, so we always have sufficient capacity to take on your projects. When you are satisfied with the design, we will develop the plans in detail. Our colleagues at the production plant in Pardubice then convert the plans into high-quality steel structures.
When it comes to planning, we have a reputation to uphold. You can be confident that we will deliver on our promises. Then you can immediately start using your new warehouse and make the most of your storage capacity. We can make these promises because we have the entire process from design to installation in-house.
Strict completion date
Do you have a strict completion date? During the quotation phase, the planning department will schedule the necessary resources and manpower in advance. Such as the engineers for the design, the production capacity in Pardubice and experienced installation teams. They will also check the availability of the required steel and components. So when you start working with us, all we have to do is set the plan in motion. You can confidently start making plans for your new storage capacity.
At NEDCON we make the impossible possible because we have the entire process under our management. Including production. At our 28,000 m2 production location in Pardubice in the Czech Republic, approximately 200 employees are working 24 hours a day to make your racks. Quality steel
The production process starts in the production hall. Here profile lines shape steel of exactly the right quality from profiles into racks. Our welders then attach the hooking head plates and other accessories. The components then go through our spraying booth and are given a powder coating. They can be given any RAL color, including your house style color. Our quality control staff in Pardubice monitor the quality of the components, so that they always meet your high standards. We produce just in time. The rack components arrive at your site when we start installation.
NEDCON does the installation itself, globally, using local teams working under a supervisor. Safety has top priority. We coordinate the work with you, your employees and any other suppliers on the site in advance. And we make sure that the workplace remains safe. The supervisor will always give safety instructions on site.
Working safely
During installation, we work according to a fixed structured installation method. Because we like to take care of our workers, and because we want to fit a safe system for you, the team follows strict procedures regarding work safety. The supervisor makes sure that the racks are built exactly as planned, checks the quality of the work and keeps everything on schedule.
When we are finished, we will show you around the completed project. That way we can make the finishing touches. We will not leave until you are satisfied.
The NEDCON head office is located in Doetinchem (The Netherlands). We also have our own production facility in Pardubice (Czech Republic) and there are NEDCON offices in various European countries and the United States.
