At NEDCON, we believe that learning is the foundation for growth, both for individuals and the organization. During annual performance reviews, team members discuss training opportunities with their managers. A recent example of this commitment is Marketing & Communication Professional Esmée’s experience with the ‘Writing for Online’ course at Beeckestijn Business School. Esmée appreciates this structured approach:
“I think it‘s great that training is always a topic of focus during performance reviews. I researched courses beforehand and, together with my manager, decided on the best fit. After that, we immediately reached out to our Learning & Development Manager so he could submit the training request.”
Sharpening her writing skills
Esmée plays a key role in NEDCON’s online and offline communication. From website content to brochures, social media posts, and internal communications, writing is a daily part of her work. As NEDCON gears up to launch a new website, Esmée saw an opportunity to sharpen her skills.
Smoother content creation
The course has already had a noticeable impact:
“The course has made the whole process of writing website content smoother. I approach it with a clear plan, knowing how to organize information for maximum impact. This also improved the way we design our webpages, as we could tailor layouts to the content flow.”
Next: storytelling
Esmée’s learning journey doesn’t stop here. In January and February 2025, she’s set to attend the ‘Data Storytelling’ course, also at Beeckestijn Business School.
“I’m excited to continue expanding my skills. I appreciate that NEDCON supports short, focused courses like these that are directly applicable to my role.”
Build to last, designed for growth
Esmée’s story is just one example of how our team’s commitment to growth translates into smarter solutions and stronger collaborations. Want to learn more about the people behind NEDCON?
