Our project managers are IPMA-certified, which means that our project management team is organized according to recognized standards. Thanks to project management tools developed especially for us, they can monitor every step of the process and maintain a helicopter view. Like a spider in a web, they manage colleagues in engineering, production, purchasing and installation. They monitor costs, time and feasibility and check whether we are doing what we agreed to do.
