Certification

Quality is the guiding light for our internal processes so that our products meet all requirements and standards. We also make sure that our own employees can work safely and responsibly, and that our processes are not too much of a burden on the environment. We can tell you this, but we can also prove it with our certification. NEDCON is certified according to the NEN EN 1090, DIN 18800-7 version E, ISO 9001 and ISO 14.001.

Our Quality, Health & Safety department conducts internal audits to make sure that our attention never lapses and our quality control system is always up to date. To this end, we work with DNV and with SLV for the CE certification.

NEN EN 1090
As a NEN EN 1090-certified company, our components have a CE mark. This means that our steel components meet the European CE standard. We have the following partial certificates:

• NEN EN 1090-1 - for determining the conformity of structural components made from aluminum or steel. This standard in fact concerns the requirements for CE certification.
• NEN EN 1090-2 - technical requirements that are imposed on the steel components or final steel products.

DIN 18800-7 version E
The DIN 18800-7 version E certification shows that our welding work is of sufficient quality.

ISO 9001 - 2015
The international quality management system for our business processes is ISO 9001-certified. A guarantee to you that we have our affairs in order.

ISO 14001 (Pardubice)
With the help of our environmental management system, according to the ISO 14001 standard, we ensure that our employees control and reduce the CO2 emissions from their business operations. ISO 14001 is a voluntary standard.

NEDCON has three German abZ (Algemeine Bauaufsichtliche Zulassung) approvals.

ISO 45001
NEDCON has reached an important milestone by achieving ISO 45001 certification. The ISO 45001 certificate is an internationally recognized safety management system that stands for health and safety in the working environment. The certificate confirms that NEDCON consistently meets the highest safety management requirements, allowing the company to provide a safe and healthy work environment. Obtaining ISO 45001 certification is a testament to our commitment to creating a safety culture based on prevention and awareness of risks.
