Nedcon Supervision on site
Nedcon provides an added value to the installation of any project by supplying Nedcon supervisors who have years of experience building and installing racking systems of all types. Nedcon supervisors allow us to receive the feedback from every project. Given that we are committed toward continual process improvement, Nedcon supervisors are part of our project team that leads to the success of our installations and future installations. Our supervisors have the advantage of having worked with all of our subcontractors on different jobs. This adds up to the kind of relationship that builds up team effort and trust.

Qualified installation teams
Nedcon has built a relationship with subcontractors who now have a vast knowledge of our material, systems, and installation processes.  This results in a more efficient installation. All subcontractors of Nedcon meet the requirements relating to OSHA and Immigration Laws.

Health & Safety management
Health and Safety is of utmost importance for Nedcon.  Therefore, Nedcon employs a full-time Health and Safety Manager, supplies skilled and experience workers, adheres to Nedcon method statements, enforces the Health & Safety plan, and provides the on site control necessary to manage the health and safety of all individuals.
